LICENSE SAVED IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW PROCEEDING

Last week on Thursday appeared before and administrative law judge and argued that my client’s license should not be revoked. The Judge agreed and issued a negative finding against the Texas Department of Public Safety prosecutor.
