I just read a concise article by Ronald L. Moore in the Champion magazine that concluded that diabetics when they are have symptoms of diabetic emergancy it can mimic alcohol impairment and byproducts of diabetic metabolism interfere with breath testing and perhaps even blood testing insturments. This is why I always ask my clients about medical conditions.
