FAA REQUIRES PILOTS TO REPORT ANY “MOTOR VEHICLE ACTION”

June 21, 2011 By Charles Thompson

Further reading of the excellent article by Alan Armstrong “The Enforcement Docket” in the LPBA Journal reminds me to point out that FAR section 61.15(e) requires an airman to report any “Motor Vehicle Action” to the FAA Civil Aviation Security Division within 60 days after the motor vehicle action. If an airman fails to make the report his license may be suspended or revoke!
