Bellaire, Texas is a small town within Harris County, Texas. It is actually within the limites of Houston, Texas. Late last year the Bellaire Police shot an unarmed young black male in his yard when they believed him to be in a stolen vehicle. It has raised a lot of issues about racial profiling.
