STAFFORD, Texas — Parents called Stafford police for help with their teenage son. But when the officer arrived at the scene, he shot the boy.
It all started with a domestic disturbance call on Wednesday afternoon. The couple told the operator they were having trouble with their 19-year-old son. The exact type of trouble is still not clear.
Investigators say when an officer arrived on the scene, the teenager reportedly attacked him. The officer struggled with the teen, and that’s when investigators say the officer pulled out his gun and shot the teen.
The teenager died on the way to the hospital.
